COMMUNITY WALKTHROUGHS

Did you know we do walkthroughs of the community to make sure everything continues to look GREAT!!

These are some of the things we look for but there are many more:

Weed free lawns and alley rock beds

Tree stakes still holding up those mature, "shared" trees on your property - please get them removed

Dead trees or bushes

Inoperable vehicles or items prohibited by covenants

Sunsails - remember those can only be up when you are using them!

Roof repairs without a Design Request - we will match those up so please make sure you submit one

Trash/Recycle Cans - only bring these out when appropriate - store them out of sight

To make sure you are keeping in full compliance with your community guidelines, please become familiar with your covenants which are located under District Documents

The District is always looking for ways to keep the community looking fresh and tidy, continually working with our landscaping company to schedule removal of any dead trees/bushes on the District property and plant new ones in their place.
