To submit a Design Review Application you can submit it directly to us through this website by filling out the form below or you can email it to the District at fallbrookvillasmanager@gmail.com

Make sure your neighbor also submits a form if this request is for a roof replacement or any other "shared" item, such as your front tree.  Your request will not be approved until both forms have been submitted and reviewed by the Design Review Committee*.

*If you have tried  unsuccessfully to work with your paired neighbor to replace your roof,  and not proceeding with your replacement would cause your home to be potentially vunerable to interior damage due to future weather intrusion, please fill out the variance form below and submit with your design request to have the committee review.
